Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please package it up nicely, include your invoice, and send it back insured & with delivery confirmation. A credit voucher will be issued within 7 days.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 21 days of receipt for items with an equal or greater value.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise decided.
Repairs:
My jewelry and craftsmanship is guaranteed, but sometimes something may break. Repairs on broken jewelry will be done at no charge for up to 12 months after delivery. After that time a charge will apply. The cost of the repair will be determined and agreed upon prior to work commencing. Occasionally materials may need to be substituted. Much of what I buy is from gem and mineral shows, and inventory changes from season to season. If a substitution is necessary, I will make every effort to match the original as close as possible. Lost earrings will be replaced at 1/2 the original cost.
